AQUA gymnastics
Water gymnastics will be under the guidance of trained professionals and will be realized in groupes.
This kind of gymnastics loosens tense and aching muscle groups, improves actively your blood circulation and enhances the functions of articulations and column. Duration: approx. 20 minutes.

Thanks to our AQUA fitness courses you do not only enhance your endurance of performance but also
your flexibility. This power water gymnastics namely increases your muscular endurance and
coordination ability. And, this kind of gymnastics is real fun!
The water temperature of the
pool where the AQUA fitness courses take place is 82,4F.
Course dates:
- Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:15pm
- Reservation at tel.: 07761-56 08 86 or directly at the FitnessPlus team
- A ticket of ten entrances is only 50 €. Some health insurance companies reimburse parts of the course fee within preventive measurements. Just ask your health insurance company.
